僑外新生持居留簽證者，須於入境後15天內辦理居留證，居留證每年須申請延期，本校教務處國際交流組將會協助在校學生申請居留證延期。For International students and oversea Chinese students who hold a residence visa, must apply for the ARC within 15 days after entry. The division of International Exchage, OAA will assist students for ARC extension each year.

4. 2吋（3.5公分ｘ4.5公分）白底彩色證件照（jpg檔）2-inch (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm) ID photo (jpg file)
5. 申請費用Application Fee：外國學生新臺幣1000元、僑生新台幣500元 For international students NTD 1,000、For overseas Chinese students NTD 500

• 香港/澳門學生Hong Kong & Macao students

來校報到後由學校安排至醫院進行居留或定居健康檢查，取得健檢合格報告後請繳交以下資料辦理居留證Upon arrival, the university will arrange health examination at the hospital. Please provide the following information to The division of International Exchage, OAA within 15 days of arrival in Taiwan for applying  ARC  after health examination result issued.

1. 海外聯合招生委員會分發通知書（單獨招生入學管道者免附）Notice of distribution from University Entrance Committee for Overseas Chinese Students
2. 護照個人資訊頁 Passport with personal information page
3. 入出境許可證(蓋有入境章) Entry Permit with  latest entry stamp
4. 香港或澳門永久居民身分證明文件HK& Macao’s permanent documents (ID card)
5. 最近五年內香港或澳門警察紀錄證明書（三個月內有效），但未滿18歲者免附。Certificate of Police Criminal Record within 5 years from HK or Macao (the validity is within 3 months). It is not required once you’re under 18 years old.
6. 申請人出生地為大陸地區者，應提供港澳居民來往內地通行證（回鄉證）If you were born in Mainland China, it is required to provide Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents (Home Return Permit)
7. 健康檢查合格證明 qualified health examination result
8. 2吋（5公分ｘ4.5公分）白底彩色證件照（jpg檔） 2-inches (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm) colorful ID photo (in jpg. file)
9. 申請費用Application Fee：港澳地區學生新臺幣2600元  For HK & Macao students NTD 2,600
